Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat and messaging platforms
Provide accurate information about organic products ingredients usage and benefits
Assist customers with orders shipping status returns and exchanges
Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain detailed and accurate chat records and customer
Follow company communication guidelines and brand voice
Support sales by recommending suitable organic products when appropriate
Stay informed about company products promotions and sustainability practices
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
Previous experience in customer service live chat support or online assistance preferred
Excellent written communication and typing skills
