As an Administrative Clerk you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our remote team. Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry filing and scanning documents
- Manage and update electronic and physical files
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate team members
- Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide support to team members as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desired Experience:
The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
