  • Job Responsibilities:
    • Provide administrative support to the FDR Financial Group through accurate typing of documents and correspondence.
    • Organize and maintain files and records in a systematic manner.
    • Manage and respond to emails and phone calls in a professional manner.
    • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings for the team.
    • Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Essential Qualifications:
    • Proficiency in typing with a high degree of accuracy.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel.
    • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Desired Experience:
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
