We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Clerk to support daily office operations at our organic care company. The ideal candidate will assist with clerical duties maintain accurate records and provide administrative support while aligning with our commitment to sustainability health and environmentally responsible practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including filing data entry photocopying and document management
- Answer and direct phone calls emails and inquiries in a professional manner
- Maintain and update company records invoices and inventory logs
- Assist with scheduling appointments meetings and deliveries
- Support accounts payable and receivable tasks including invoice preparation and tracking
- Prepare reports correspondence and internal documents as needed
- Order office supplies and ensure efficient use of resources in line with eco-friendly practices
- Assist other departments with administrative tasks as required
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) or similar tools
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in or alignment with organic sustainable or eco-conscious values is a plus
