Job Summary

Role – Sales Officer/Business Development Executive

Level – Junior Management

Job Description

To implement sales strategies in the assigned territory engage directly with

customers and influencers and achieve sales targets through effective

relationship management and business partners.

Execute beat plans: identify upcoming sites collect leads and update

databases with accurate details.

Identify and qualify new prospects through field visits and market

scanning.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects builders

contractors and end customers.

Invite potential customers to stores/showrooms for product

demonstrations and discussions.

Handle negotiation and closure of sales with support from ASM as

required.

Achieve individual sales targets for booking and billing.

Provide feedback on market trends competitor activities and customer

preferences to ASM.

Ensure proper follow-up on leads enquiries and post-sales support.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of Sales experience (UPVC/Aluminium Doors &

Windows Building Materials Interiors or similar industries preferred).

Graduate/Postgraduate

Strong communication skills in English.

Presentable proactive regular field visit and able to achieve monthly

targets.

Good market knowledge of the assigned region.
