Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment.
Oversee onboarding documentation & maintain accurate HR records
Support employee relations performance reviews and conflict resolution
Assist with training programs and learning initiatives
Ensure HR processes align with UAE labor laws and internal policies
Collaborate on workforce planning and departmental coordination
What Were Looking For:
Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or a related field
13 years of Experience.
In-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal communication & problem-solving skills
Proficient in MS Office & HRIS systems
Thrives in fast-paced high-volume environments
