Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities. The role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and English coordination with employees across regions and efficient handling of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities

Handle recruitment activities including sourcing screening interview coordination and follow-ups

Manage employee onboarding and induction processes

Maintain employee records HR documentation and MIS reports

Coordinate employee communication and engagement initiatives
-
Assist in attendance leave management and payroll coordination

Support implementation of HR policies procedures and statutory compliance
-
Address employee queries and provide HR operational support

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors as required
Desired Skills & Competencies

Fluency in Hindi and English (spoken & written)

Strong communication interpersonal and coordination skills

Good organizational and multitasking abilities

Basic knowledge of HR operations and labor laws

Proficient in MS Office (Excel Word PowerPoint)
