This role bridges marketing and sales by ensuring that qualified leads are consistently delivered to Account Executives or Business Development Managers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as an Appointment Setter or SDR with strong performance metrics.
Experience inside sales and confirming meetings
Excellent communication and rapport building skills.
Strong understanding of sales pipelines and qualification frameworks.
Proficiency with CRM systems and outreach tools.
High resilience motivation and comfort with outbound outreach.
Experience in B2B sales environments.
Familiarity with industry specific sales cycles (especially where IT products/services).
Background in script development or sales enablement.
Success Metrics
Number of qualified appointments set.
Team performance improvements over time.
Lead to meeting conversion rate.
Meeting to opportunity conversion rate.
