DescriptionOverview:The People Partner is a key link between HR strategy and day-to-day business needs engaging with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) and people managers to provide tactical partnership and execution support on talent-related matters. The role provides an opportunity for professional development as an HR generalist and exposure to the breadth of responsibilities covered by HRBPs.
The People Partner role is a mix of proactive planning (e.g data and reporting position management) and responsiveness to situations as they arise (e.g. exit interviews performance issues support for employee relations).
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications- Proven experience in HR talent management or generalist HR support role
- Excellent relationship management and coaching skills to support and influence employees and managers
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential employee relations issues with professionalism and discretion
- Analytical mindset with experience leveraging data insights AI and technology for decision-making and reporting
- High attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Effective change advocate comfortable driving and supporting organizational transformation and continuous improvement
