Head of People

What youll lead

In this role youll lead coach and develop a highperforming People Partnering team strengthen our performance culture and ensure our people strategies support the organisations longterm ambitions. Youll drive organisational design workforce planning and leadership development while championing our culture and Employee Value Proposition.

Youll work closely with the People & Strategy Leadership Team to align people initiatives with our purpose lead change across the organisation and design impactful people programmes and career pathways. Youll also guide the evolution of our people systems processes and policies to create simple inclusive and futurefocused ways of working.

Qualifications :

About you

You bring substantial leadership experience in HR organisational development or related fields and youre confident navigating change influencing at all levels and using data to inform decisions. Youre collaborative inclusive and thrive in a purposeled environment. Most importantly youre a leader who builds trust inspires others and is committed to your own growth and the development of those around you.
