Job Summary

Our client is a leading multi-industry investment conglomerate in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:

1. Advisory and Planning (30%)

  • Develop and execute HR strategies for the entire Group ensuring alignment with various business sectors (e.g. finance retail investment real estate).

  • Design reasonable organizational structures across the Group and its subsidiaries.

  • Establish coordination and reporting mechanisms between the Group and subsidiaries as well as among companies within the ecosystem.

  • Optimize resources to reduce HR costs while maintaining performance and market competitiveness ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives.


2. Leadership and Organization (50%)

2.1. Talent Recruitment Attraction and Development

  • Build a centralized recruitment system by industry groups including C-level hires for ecosystem companies and mass recruitment for growth needs.

  • Develop Talent Acquisition & Talent Pool programs (reserving high-level talent for strategic roles) and succession planning.

  • Establish in-depth candidate evaluation processes.


2.2. Compensation Rewards and Benefits Policies

  • Design and implement comprehensive compensation systems performance management benefits and talent retention policies.

  • Create flexible reward policies for subsidiaries based on business performance.

  • Develop and deploy performance evaluation systems (KPI/OKR).


2.3. Corporate Culture and People Development

  • Build a unified Group culture with variations tailored to each business sector in the ecosystem.

  • Design and implement leadership training and development programs.

  • Execute large-scale communication activities team-building events and employee engagement programs.

  • Improve employee satisfaction indices.


2.4. Labor Relations and HR Legal Management

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws insurance tax and other employment regulations.

  • Establish mechanisms for gathering feedback handling labor relations issues (e.g. contract termination discipline dismissal).

  • Resolve labor disputes if they arise.


2.5. Digital Transformation and Technology Application

  • Implement HR management systems and help subsidiaries use HR systems that suit their specific industries.

  • Convert employee records and data into digital format.

  • Explore and use artificial intelligence (AI) to improve HR management.


3. Monitoring Control and Improvement (20%)

  • Set up reporting systems between the Group and subsidiaries.

  • Implement inspection and control activities to ensure subsidiaries follow the Groups HR policies and directions.

  • Ensure core values and corporate culture are consistently applied across subsidiaries.

  • Manage forecast and mitigate HR risks.



Requirements


1. General Requirements
  • Age: 3550 years old.

  • Education: Bachelors degree or higher. A Masters degree or MBA is an advantage.

  • Experience: At least 10 years in HR management including a minimum of 5 years as CHRO in multi-industry conglomerates with over 1000 employees. Preference for experience in retail finance real estate or similar sectors.

  • Leadership Skills: Outstanding leadership to inspire teams strong communication and excellent negotiation abilities.

  • Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and planning skills with innovation and quick adaptation to changes.

  • Language: English proficiency.

Required Skills:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field; Masters degree is preferred. 8-10 years of progressive HR experience including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role (HR Director/CHRO or equivalent). Strong exposure to retail FMCG or multi-site operations (must-have or highly preferred). Scaling organizations and supporting rapid store/network expansion. Leading large frontline workforces (blue-collar part-time shift-based). Designing performance & reward frameworks tied to commercial outcomes. Driving culture transformation and engagement.
