Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Own recruitment execution for game-market roles while supporting HR operations policies and workforce data to ensure stable people growth.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Proactively source candidates for game-market roles (Unity Artist Animator Video Editor Game Designer Product Owner etc.).
- Build and continuously expand candidate pipelines aligned with hiring plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.
HR Policy Development & Deployment
Core HR Operations
- Execute employee lifecycle actions: transfers rotations appointments dismissals and labor contract management.
- Track probation contract renewals disciplinary actions and exit interviews.
- Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR reports; stay updated on relevant labor law changes.

Education & Qualifications
Professional Experience
- Foundational understanding of HR functions with a clear interest in an HRBP career path.
- Exposure to recruitment or people operations is advantageous (nice-to-have).
Skills & Capabilities
Knowledge Domain
- Basic HR principles: recruitment labor relations contracts and employee lifecycle.
- Familiarity with HR data tracking and reporting is a plus (nice-to-have).
Working Style & Culture
