Job Summary

Human Resources Business Partner (Fresher/ Junior)

This role plays a central part in recruiting market-ready game talent and supporting the evolution of internal HR policies and practices.

Role Purpose & Success Outcomes

Purpose:
Own recruitment execution for game-market roles while supporting HR operations policies and workforce data to ensure stable people growth.

Success outcomes:

  • Game roles are filled with qualified candidates from sustainable talent pipelines.
  • HR policies and labor processes are implemented consistently across teams.
  • Employee lifecycle actions are executed accurately and on time.

  • HR data is reliable up to date and decision-ready for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Proactively source candidates for game-market roles (Unity Artist Animator Video Editor Game Designer Product Owner etc.).
  • Build and continuously expand candidate pipelines aligned with hiring plans.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support employer branding and recruitment marketing activities.

HR Policy Development & Deployment

  • Participate in planning and shaping HR operational direction.

  • Implement internal labor policies and employee relations regulations across units.
  • Advise teams on workforce management policy improvement and process optimization.

Core HR Operations

  • Execute employee lifecycle actions: transfers rotations appointments dismissals and labor contract management.
  • Track probation contract renewals disciplinary actions and exit interviews.
  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc HR reports; stay updated on relevant labor law changes.

HR Information & Data Management

  • Maintain HR systems and employee data accuracy.

  • Analyze workforce changes and prepare reports for leadership and authorities when required.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Support internal communications and engagement activities (YEP travel teambuilding internal events).
  • Manage company assets and equipment.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related fields is preferred (nice-to-have).
  • Open to final-year students able to work at least 3 days/week.

Professional Experience

  • Foundational understanding of HR functions with a clear interest in an HRBP career path.
  • Exposure to recruitment or people operations is advantageous (nice-to-have).

Skills & Capabilities

  • Strong analytical thinking; fast with numbers (high aptitude for quantitative reasoning).
  • Solid communication skills; comfortable building and expanding professional networks.
  • Proactive energetic and quick to learn.

  • High sense of responsibility and work discipline.

Knowledge Domain

  • Basic HR principles: recruitment labor relations contracts and employee lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with HR data tracking and reporting is a plus (nice-to-have).
