Responsibilities include acting as the main point of contact understanding client needs identifying opportunities for growth resolving issues coordinating with internal teams to ensure service delivery and developing strategies to meet client goals.
Key responsibilities
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key clients acting as their trusted advisor and single point of contact.
Strategic planning: Develop and execute strategies to meet client needs and business objectives identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling and grow the accounts profitability.
Needs assessment: Deeply understand the clients business industry and goals to proactively identify challenges and propose solutions that benefit both the client and the company.
Issue resolution: Act as the primary liaison to address and resolve client complaints queries and issues in a timely manner.
Internal coordination: Collaborate with internal teams like sales marketing product and support to ensure client needs are met and the correct products and services are delivered on time.
Data and reporting: Monitor key account performance maintain client data in CRM systems and compile reports for management.
Negotiation: Lead sales negotiations with key clients often at a senior or C-level to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
Required skills and qualifications
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build trust and rapport with high-level clients.
Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis.
Experience in sales account management or a related field.
Ability to work collaborativ


Required Skills:

Work experience as an Accountant. Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.
