Job Summary
Position: Finance Manager
Location: Chalakudy
Qualification: Qualified CA/CA Inter
Experience: Min 5 years of experience in the manufacturing industry with at least 3years in a senior role
Salary: Upto 9.6 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete accounting activities including books of accounts reconciliations and financial statements.
- Plan and monitor budgets forecasts and analyze differences between planned and actual results.
- Manage and guide the accounting team including training and performance support.
- Track inventory costs production expenses and cost variations to ensure accurate reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams and auditors to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
- Take care of statutory compliances such as GST Income Tax Customs and CSEZ.
- Manage import–export related documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare MIS reports and share financial insights with management for decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with Ind AS and all applicable financial regulations.
# Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards(IndAS) and GST.
# Experience with cost accounting and manufacturing cost control.
# Exposure to multilocation operations and statutory compliance.
