Job Description – Branch Sales Manager (BSM) – MFI (JLG)
Location: Vizag Cluster
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
About the Organization (USPs):
Hiring for a Premium NBFC with a strong Microfinance (MFI) network
Growing JLG vertical with robust field governance and ethical business practices
Focus on performance-driven culture growth opportunities and stability
Role & Responsibilities (Pure Sales):
Drive JLG business across assigned branches and villages
Lead field sourcing activities — center formation group enrollment loan mobilization
Increase new customer acquisition and business penetration in rural/ semi-urban areas
Ensure high-quality sourcing with timely disbursements (sales process only)
Guide and monitor Field Officers for daily sales productivity
Expand coverage in new markets and drive consistent business volumes
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 4–6 years of JLG/MFI sales experience
Experience in center formation sourcing & JLG customer acquisition is mandatory
Must have handled minimum 3–4 branches in a similar territory
Strong rural network and market understanding
