Introduction

Company Secretarial Administrator

Location: Pretoria East Gauteng.

A professional services and business consulting firm has an exciting opportunity available for a Company Secretarial Administrator.

Duties & Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas:

  • Maintaining Statutory Registers and Compliance Files.
  • New company registrations (Pty NPC external companies).
  • Annual return cycles and compliance calendars.
  • MOI amendments name changes financial year-end changes.
  • Deregistrations / restorations.
  • SARS corporate transactions Resolutions.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Minimum Requirements to be considered for this position:

  • A completed BCom Law or LLB or CGISA.
  • 3 Years CoSec/CIPC portfolio experience in a professional services environment.
  • Computer skills MS Excel Word GreatSoft.
  • Experience and good working knowledge of the Companies Act and related regulations.
  • Knowledge of CIPC and Bizportal.
  • Fully bilingual Afrikaans and English.
  • Drivers license and own vehicle.
