Job Summary

Our client based in Bellair is looking for a Receptionist/ Administrator.

Responsibilities:



  • Reception (Answering and Re-directing of Calls taking messages receiving parcels etc.)

  • Greet visitors in a professional manner.

  • Maintain a visitor register.

  • Arranging quotes from Courier companies (via email and telephone)

  • Maintaining a register and filing system for all courier related documents

  • Adhoc functions

  • Prepare and maintain spread sheets

  • Booking of orders.

  • Printing labels and waybills.

  • Schedule and follow up on collections



Skills and Experience:



  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Polite telephone manner

  • Good knowledge of working with MS excel

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Accountable and proactiveness

  • Must be able to multitask.

  • Must have good computer knowledge.

  • Must be able to work under pressure.




Minimum Requirements



  • Minimum Matric Certificate

  • Min. of 2 years experience in Reception and Administration

  • Experience in a Shipping Department or dealing with courier companies would be beneficial
