Join our Personal Injury Claims Performance team to deliver actionable insights that improve claimant outcomes and operational efficiency. Youll work closely with analytics and claims teams to design metrics monitor performance and influence strategic decisions.

What Youll Do

• Develop and implement performance metrics using internal and external data to drive best-in-class claims management
• Provide monthly insights and deep-dive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Collaborate with claims teams and analytics specialists to embed monitoring frameworks into business practices
• Model scenarios and validate operational plans to support evidence-based decision-making
• Benchmark industry performance and translate findings into actionable strategies
• Communicate insights with influence to senior stakeholders enabling effective claims management practices

What Youll Bring

• Strong general insurance knowledge and experience in claims analysis
• Advanced analytical and conceptual thinking skills to identify performance drivers and interdependencies
