Job Summary

Job Opportunity: Locum Physician - Wound Care in Batavia OH

Join our dedicated team at a facility known for its commitment to providing exceptional patient care. The outpatient clinic in Batavia Ohio offers a supportive environment with a focus on wound management. As a locum physician you will fill a crucial gap while delivering quality healthcare to the community. This position is available from December 22 2025 to March 31 2026 treating an average of 15-30 patients per day using the Epic EMR system.

Job Responsibilities:

Treat skin reactions and prevent skin breakdown.
Manage and treat vascular pressure and diabetic ulcers.
Initiate preventative measures and provide comprehensive wound management.
Educate patients and their support systems on care techniques.
Assess and treat draining wounds and fistulae.
Implement preventative actions to reduce pressure ulcer and vascular ulcer incidences.
Supervise hyperbaric oxygen treatments.

Qualifications:

Experience in Wound Care.
Comfortable with outpatient clinic settings.
Strong communication skills.

License and Certification Requirements:

Active Ohio medical license - REQUIRED
BLS certification - REQUIRED
ACLS preferred for HBO
