As the Content Marketing Advisor youll bring Endeavour Lotteries to life through creative scroll-stopping content that celebrates our Prize Homes winners and the life-changing impact of every ticket sold. Youll plan film edit and produce engaging multi-channel stories while working closely with creative partners agencies and the Lotteries team to drive brand engagement and inspire supporter action.

Key duties of this role are to:

• Plan capture and produce engaging social and digital content.
• Develop fresh creative concepts and content strategies.
• Film and edit short-form content using mobile tools and equipment.
• Attend Prize Home shoots and live activations to capture content.
• Work with agencies photographers and videographers to deliver high-quality assets.
• Engage online communities and support social media responsiveness.
• Use insights and trends to guide creative decisions.
• Report on content performance and support continuous improvement.

What you can bring to the team

Youre a creative storyteller with a social-first mindset and a passion for making content that people want to watch share and engage with. Youre confident both behind the camera and on screen thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with diverse teams. You bring energy imagination and a strong understanding of what makes content connect emotionally with audiences.

To succeed in this role you will have:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in content marketing or social media.
• Proven ability to create and edit short-form video content.
• Strong understanding of social media culture and platform trends.
• Experience producing content across social digital email and video.
• Ability to interpret content performance data and apply insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort working at pace.

You will be required to undertake aFit2Work National Criminal History Check andhold or be willing to obtain aBlue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
