Whats the role

Youll be the single relationship owner for Workforce Transformation representing the full transformation agenda into our People Leadership Team and the business areas you support. Youll maintain core components of our workforce strategy ensure workforce change is aligned to that vision and focus on shaping and delivering initiatives that sustainably transform the business and enhance performance rather than one off fixes.

Youll shape future operating models strategic workforce plans organisational structures protect our organisational integrity and give senior leaders the insights clarity and confidence to make sound workforce decisions that drive performance.

Youll partner with dedicated CoE teams across the People Team who own the enterprise approaches standards and strategies for strategic workforce planning people strategy organisational design and operating model teams transformation delivery and workforce insights so that you can own and deliver outcomes across these areas into the parts of the business you support.

The role reports to the Head of Operating Model and Organisational Design.

What do I need

You need to be capable confident and curious. This role is the key relationship owner to Senior Leaders across the broader People Team and the Business. Being a trusted partner with capability in the right domains and curiosity to ensure youre always asking the right questions to get to the gold in every conversation.

Youll need:

  • Deep technical capability across domains of Strategic Workforce Planning Operating Model design Organisational Change and Workforce Data & Insights.
  • Confidence working with executive and senior leaders including influencing challenging and holding design boundaries when needed.
  • Experience translating strategy into an executable set of initiatives. Managing cross-functional teams to deliver not just providing advice and making recommendations.
  • Comfort working in environments with ambiguity complexity and being able to balance multiple competing priorities.
  • Sound judgement and the ability to think beyond a single function or project.

A Big 4 or toptier consulting background is highly regarded particularly if youve led strategic workforce planning operating model or org design engagements and are ready to move from advising to owning outcomes inside an organisation.
