Experience-At least 4 years of Experience as a Service manager or similar role in automotive
sector
Qualification -BTech or Diploma in Mechanical or automobile.
Salary: 30000 - 40000. per month Incentives
Location -Malappuram
Roles & Responsibilities include:
Managing the service department ensuring efficient operations and optimizing
resources.
Streamlining service processes coordinating technicians and allocating
work efficiently.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving
customer concerns.
Addressing customer inquiries handling complaints and working
towards a positive resolution.
Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of motorcycle parts and
accessories.
Regularly assessing stock levels placing orders and managing inventory
control.
Conducting performance evaluations of service team members and providing
mentoring and coaching.
Monitoring and reporting on service performance
Ensuring that negotiated service levels are maintained.
Coordinating efforts incidents or resolving technical problems
