Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning execution and closure of manufacturing projects.
Manage project scope timelines budgets and resource allocation.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering production quality and supply chain.

Ensure strict adherence to quality standards safety regulations and compliance requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

PMP or PRINCE2 certification or equivalent project management methodology experience
Demonstrated experience managing projects within a manufacturing environment (e.g. new product introduction process improvement capital equipment installation)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes supply chain and quality control principles (e.g. Lean Six Sigma)
Proficiency with project management software (e.g. MS Project Jira) and ERP systems common in manufacturing (e.g. SAP Oracle)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills particularly with cross-functional manufacturing teams and external vendors

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience leading New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from concept to mass production
Proficiency with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle) or MES systems
Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies (e.g. IoT automation AI) in a manufacturing context
