- Establish sales goals KPIs and tracking systems to monitor team performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to ensure alignment on lead generation messaging and customer experience.
Qualifications Required:
- 35 years of experience in sales leadership preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot).
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience in staffing recruiting or a related service-based industry.
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Existing connections within the Arlington/DallasFort Worth business community.
