Key Responsibilities

Direct and manage all plant operations with overall responsibility for production maintenance quality and shipping.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize productivity efficiency and profitability.
Lead mentor and develop the plant management team and entire workforce.
Ensure strict compliance with all company policies safety standards environmental regulations and quality systems.
Manage the plant budget control costs and optimize resource allocation.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing principles across all processes.
Implement and maintain robust quality control systems to ensure product excellence and customer satisfaction.

Recommended Qualifications

Proven experience in plant management or a senior manufacturing leadership role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes lean principles and quality management systems.
Demonstrated ability to manage P&L budgets and drive operational efficiencies.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and safety culture.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification
Experience implementing advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g. Industry 4.0 automation predictive maintenance)
MBA or Master's degree in a related technical or business field
Proven experience in successful union relations and negotiations
