Job Summary

Once at the job sites the CM will be required to accurately inventory building materials delivered to the site and provide reports to the office via our project management software. Job site visits will also require that quality control inspections are made and that reports are distributed to installation subcontractors. Follow up on reports to ensure deficiencies are corrected is paramount.

**Supervise quality and that installation is per plans.**
**Enforce adherence to schedule.**
**Deliver materials to the job site (no CDL required but ability to drive a goose-neck trailer).**
**Load and unload materials using a forklift on an as needed basis.**
**Receive material delivered by others and inventory it against the order.**
**Inventory Materials.**
**Structural steel welding on an as needed basis.**
**Supervision of a small structural steel fabrication shop building misc. beams columns and stairs for our projects.**
**Trouble-shoot coiling door installation issues.**
**Coordinate and communicate between the installation subcontractor and our client to ensure schedule is met.**

Two years building Self Storage projects in a supervisory role of at least the foreman level. Must include experience with storage roll-up door installation as well as framing and metal panels. The following licenses and certifications: a. Boom Forklift operator certification; b. OSHA 30-hour certification; c. Standing Seam roofing installation certification from any manufacturer; d. Certified in welding of any type; e. Valid Drivers License. One year working on an installation crew for heavy structural steel or metal framing.
