URGENT REQUIREMENT	Looking for candidates regarding the following:
POSITION	PROGRAM MANAGER ERP
LOCATION	Andover MA Fully Onsite
DURATION	18 months
INTERVIEW TYPE	Video
VISA TYPE	Any
REQUIRED SKILLS	10 15 years of experience in program/project management with a focus on Finance and ERP implementations. Proven track record managing large-scale ERP programs (Oracle preferred SAP acceptable). Strong understanding of finance operations (AP AR Atoning); FP&A experience not required. Experience managing multi-year multi-million-dollar programs. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage external vendors/consultants. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Understanding of change management principles and ability to drive adoption. Must have experience in medical device and regulated environments.
