3-5 Must Haves	* 7 years in software quality assurance * Prior experience as a Testing Manager or Senior Test Lead * Strong background in manual testing for enterprise applications * experience with ALM Power BI (reporting) and Strong excel * Solid understanding of Agile/SAFe methodologies * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Strong attention to detail and process adherence Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in regulated or audit-heavy environments * Familiarity with ALM or similar test management platforms * Power BI Tableau or reporting dashboard experience * Exposure to large-scale system implementations or migrations
