Key Responsibilities

Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency quality and cost reduction.
Design develop and implement manufacturing tools fixtures and equipment.
Support new product introductions by developing robust manufacturing processes and procedures.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation including work instructions and process flows.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles and methodologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure manufacturability and resolve production challenges.

Recommended Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Mechanical Industrial or a related engineering discipline.
3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment optimizing production processes.
Proficiency with Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies.
Experience with CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks AutoCAD) and DFM/DFA principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills including root cause analysis.
Familiarity with manufacturing equipment automation and tooling design.

Bonus Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
Proficiency with manufacturing simulation software (e.g. Arena FlexSim)
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) or industrial robotics programming
PMP or other project management certification
Advanced data analysis skills using tools like Power BI Tableau or Python/R
