We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Behaviour Mentor to join anexceptional primary school. You will play a vital role in supporting childrenwith social emotional and behavioural needs helping them to develop confidenceresilience and positive learning habits. Behaviour Mentor requirements:
Proven experience supporting children or young people with social emotionaland behavioural needs (in school youth work or mentoring settings)
Calm patient and emotionally intelligent with the ability to de-escalatechallenging situations effectively
Passionate about making a positive impact on childrens wellbeing andlearning outcomes
Skilled at implementing behaviour intervention strategies and restorativeapproaches
Able to work collaboratively with teachers SENCOs pastoral staff and externalprofessionals
Committed to promoting inclusion building trust and modelling positivebehaviour

The Role
As a Behaviour Mentor you will:
Work 1:1 and in small groups to support pupils in managing emotions andbehaviour
Build positive relationships and provide consistent structured guidance
Help pupils re-engage with learning and develop strategies for long-termsuccess
Support teachers in creating calm positive learning environments
