The Role
You will work closely with pupils who require high levels of consistency structure and emotional support. Many roles involve long-term placements focused on reducing exclusions and improving pupil outcomes.
Responsibilities
Deliver behaviour mentoring and emotional support
De-escalate challenging behaviour
Support reintegration into lessons
Work closely with pastoral and SEN teams
