Job Title: Locum to Perm - Physician - Hematology Oncology

Join a dedicated team at a reputable healthcare facility in Plymouth Indiana as an Outpatient Hematology/Oncology Physician. This position offers a seamless transition from locum to permanent starting in March 2026. The practice focuses on providing exceptional care to adult and geriatric populations with a balanced emphasis on both hematology and oncology.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Vascular Access Devices (VAD) and Central Venous Catheters (CV Catheters)
Perform Bone Marrow Biopsies
Participate on a Tumor Board
Manage Bone Marrow Transplants
Order Tests and Images
Prescribe necessary medications and treatments
Administer Chemotherapy alongside nursing staff

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Hematology Oncology
Active Indiana State License
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Ability to cover a $25000 conversion fee for permanent placement

License and Certification Requirements:
