Job Title: Locum to Perm - Physician - Hematology Oncology

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Vascular Access Devices (VAD) and Central Venous Catheters (CV Catheters)
- Perform Bone Marrow Biopsies
- Participate on a Tumor Board
- Manage Bone Marrow Transplants
- Order Tests and Images
- Prescribe necessary medications and treatments
- Administer Chemotherapy alongside nursing staff
Qualifications:
- Board Certification in Hematology Oncology
- Active Indiana State License
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to cover a $25000 conversion fee for permanent placement
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification - Required
