Ecolab is seeking a Lead Field Service Representative where your technical expertise and customer-first mindset will help shape a more sustainable future. Youll be part of a purpose-driven team that supports water treatment systems across diverse industries. Youll work hands-on in the field building trusted relationships with customers and delivering solutions that protect vital resources and improve operational performance.

How Youll Make an Impact:

• Deliver expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems

• Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutions

• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime

• Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with customers

• Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery

Position Details:

• This position will be based in Canton MS

• Targeted accounts are within the Global High Tech industries

• Up to 15% overnight travel

• Travel Radius: 50 miles

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 4 years experience in industrial / mechanical work

• Position requires a current and valid Drivers License with no restrictions

• Experience in a technical service role ideally with water filtration systems or in industrial/mechanical environments

• No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Physical Requirements of Position:

• Working in confined spaces and extreme conditions (hot cold damp dusty)

• Lifting kneeling crouching reaching and standing for extended period

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates degree in chemistry mechanical systems or related field

• Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment

• Experience with boilers cooling towers and wastewater treatment systems

• Knowledge of mechanical electrical and pumping systems

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
