Job Summary
Role Descriptions: Develop and configure ServiceNow HRSD modules such as HR Case Management Employee Center and Lifecycle Events to streamline HR processes. Design and customize Service Portal widgets and UI using JavaScript AngularJS HTMLCSS for an intuitive employee experience. Automate HR workflows (case routing approvals notifications) using Flow Designer Business Rules Script Includes and UI Policies. . Integrate HRSD with external HR systems (e.g. Workday SuccessFactors) via RESTSOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. Implement role-based access and security controls to ensure HR data privacy and compliance.
