Job Title: Field Representative II
Location: Sacramento CA 95816
Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00/hr
Job Summary:
The Field Representative II provides onsite technical support and customer-facing services for Ricoh copier and printer fleets. The role involves equipment troubleshooting maintenance delivery of toner and supplies and ensuring customer satisfaction through direct face-to-face interactions. Approximately 75% of the role involves in-person customer engagement. The position reports to the Site Manager Site Supervisor or Assistant Site Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service through in-person interactions and professional communication.
- Support and maintain copier and printer fleets including high-end equipment.
- Calibrate troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on office equipment.
- Handle installation removal and retrofits of office products as required.
- Transfer files electronically to assigned devices and produce high-quality print work.
- Maintain equipment performance by clearing jams refilling toner and reporting machine errors.
- Organize and prepare jobs by reading instructions validating job information and managing supplies.
- Track and maintain inventory of equipment parts according to company guidelines.
- Maintain a clean organized and professional work area.
- Meet attendance and punctuality standards including overtime if required.
- Complete technical training on new equipment and demonstrate digital competencies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support Managed Services operations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience (5 years preferred) in technical support or office equipment service.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Ability to calibrate troubleshoot and operate complex office and technical equipment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor when interacting with clients.
