Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join the team in Coimbatore. The role is ideal for a professional with prior experience in B2B and B2G sales within the Industrial Paint and coatings industry . This position involves building and nurturing strong client relationships identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales growth in a highly competitive markets.

The Ideal Candidate will have hands-on experience in industrial and government sales within the paint sector backed by a solid understanding of paint chemistry and strong persuasive communication skills.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in B2B and B2G segments including infrastructure chemical zones refineries and public sector clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients by understanding their requirements and offering customized product solutions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs closing deals and promoting value-added products.
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and client preferences to inform sales strategy and product positioning.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of paint and coating products including their features applications and benefits.
  • Collect and communicate customer requirements internally to ensure high-quality service and product delivery.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports including forecasts client feedback and market insights for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing product development and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support addressing client inquiries and ensuring timely delivery and service resolution.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 to 5 years of sales experience in the paint and coatings industry preferably in B2B and government sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Bachelors degree in Chemistry Chemical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related technical field OR Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related discipline with relevant paint industry experience.
  • Strong knowledge of paints coatings and industrial applications.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in relationship building and customer engagement.
  • Familiarity with B2B/B2G sales processes and government tendering.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-driven with a proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

Location : Chennai Coimbatore Ankleswar Hyderabad and Mumbai.
