Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive with experience in the Masterbatch and Wire & Cable Compounding industry. The candidate will be responsible for developing new customers maintaining existing relationships and expanding market presence across nearby industrial regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for masterbatch and wire & cable compounding products
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits market research and online search engines
- Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers processors and industrial clients
- Conduct regular customer visits in Vapi and surrounding industrial areas
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
- Maintain records of leads inquiries sales orders and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and pricing strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer satisfaction
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth
Candidate Profile & Background
Educational Qualification
- . Chemistry OR
- Engineering background (Polymer / Plastics / Chemical preferred)
- Polymer or plastics background will be a strong added advantage
Experience
- 1 to 5 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
- Mandatory experience in:
- Masterbatch industry
- Wire & Cable compounding industry
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of industrial polymers masterbatch and cable compounding
- Good geographical knowledge of industrial belts and clusters
- Proficient in using search engines and online platforms to identify potential companies and customers
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated target-driven and comfortable with field sales
- Ability to travel extensively in nearby regions
Travel Requirement
- Two-wheeler (Bike) is mandatory
- Petrol expenses will be reimbursed as per company policy
Salary & Benefits
- Salary Range: 3.0 – 7.0 LPA (Based on experience and skill set)
