Job Summary

We are looking for a Tele-caller Executive for our Trivandrum-based company.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Malayalam and basic fluency in English with a strong sense of responsibility and a sales-oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls using the provided customer database

Handle tele-calling and sales-related activities efficiently

Maintain follow-ups and update call records regularly

Support regular office activities as assigned

Use basic computer applications for daily reporting and coordination

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Strong communication skills in Malayalam Basic speaking and writing skills in English

Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel

Computer literate with knowledge of internet usage and social media platforms

Responsible disciplined and target-focused Eligibility

Minimum bachelor’s degree required Experience (Preferred)

Tele-sales: 1 year

Technical support: 1 year

Total work experience: 1 year
