Marketing:

Working with mall management to post Full Price Event for the center Web Page this week. TB to get the required Marketing or the center has their own.
Store Promos - have not seen any real marketing around percentage discounts with other retailers.
Several barricades on our side of the center for store openings could be a small factor for current traffic trend (-49%) yesterday.
Macys is offering 40% off on Large Nolita in Birch we are still full price. Other similar handbags from MK are 48% to 60% off.

Ops:

Received a call from Shopper trac yesterday indicating that our traffic count was usually low and asked if we could clean the lens We have never had a request like that before.

Product:

Recent feedback on new belts; customers are generally not in favor of the wrap-around knot feature with the extended length.
Many have expressed a preference for cleaner simpler silhouettes without the added bulk
Not a fan of the complexity when styling and feel it is unnecessary
Sized belts work best when styling ease and comfort are their top priorities. Simple notched belts resonate more strongly. Signature MK logo is still getting request.

Hamilton N/S: - non-suede

Structure and stability have been mentioned with concern. Materials feel inexpensive and flimsy. The size is awkward for a shorter stature.
Customers are requesting the suede without the fringe. Feels lux and better quality.
Strong response to antique bassy hardware.

Shoes:

Alora - lots of interest however the non-adjustable strap is a deterrent. Either way too big to hug the heel or too small. The elastic adjustment an opportunity.
Electra - This shoe has been receiving a lot of attention; they love the low cut. Customers are walking in with the shoe in their basket asking to try on. Waiting for the open toe version.
New active too soon for any relevant feedback. I will say the Arla trainer looks like the Hayes and customers have made comments.

Jewelry:

New product - Logo charm chain link bracelet MKJ8579. The bracelet is designed with a smaller fit (child) best suited for petite wrists only; and even that can be too tight Too small to wear comfortably for most.
