Position Overview
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Audio Visual Sales Executive with a strong background in both commercial AV integration and high-end residential technology sales. This role is ideal for a sales professional who excels at building long-term relationships understanding complex client needs and delivering tailored AV solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business and revenue growth across commercial and luxury residential markets
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
- Conduct client discovery meetings site walks and solution presentations
- Collaborate closely with internal design engineering and project teams to develop proposals and estimates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects builders developers designers consultants and end users
- Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Maintain accurate CRM records sales forecasts and pipeline reporting
- Represent the organization professionally at client meetings and industry events
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
- 3 years of experience in AV low-voltage or technology integration sales
- Demonstrated success selling commercial AV systems and high-end residential solutions
- Strong understanding of AV systems such as distributed audio/video control systems collaboration solutions and automation
- Consultative sales mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Preferred Experience
- Experience selling home automation and smart technology solutions
- Existing relationships with builders architects designers or commercial consultants
- Familiarity with platforms such as Crestron Control4 Lutron QSC or similar AV systems (both commercial and residential)

Advanced working knowledge of computers (Windows-based) and software. Maintain a positive attitude strong work ethic and embrace a team-centric environment. Ability to read analyze and interpret complex documents including product specifications wiring diagrams and architectural drawings. Ability to respond effectively to sensitive customer inquiries or complaints. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required. Valid drivers license with minimum 3-year clean driving record. Infocomm CTS certification (within 6 months of employment start) & CTS-I within 12 months Maintain and/or acquire OSHA 10 Hr construction within 3 months from employment start.
