We are looking for an experienced and innovative Head of Retail Distribution & Pharma to lead one of TotalSofts most strategic business divisions. This role involves coordinating the commercial and operational strategy for these verticals driving continuous improvement growth and customer satisfaction.
Purpose of the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to develop and implement the business strategy for the Retail Distribution and Pharma verticals manage the divisions financial performance and ensure the delivery of top-quality solutions and services to clients.
This is a strategic role that requires strong business acumen customer orientation and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams toward excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the operational strategy for the Retail Distribution & Pharma verticals;
- Manage the divisions financial performance (P&L) and ensure profitability;
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and strategic partners;
- Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives;
- Develop and mentor division team members fostering a culture of collaboration accountability and results focus.
- University degree;
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in IT/ERP Retail Distribution or the Pharma industry;
- Proven experience managing P&L business development and implementing complex projects;
- Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM solutions and/or digital transformation processes;
- Excellent leadership communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong planning problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities;
- Fluent English (advanced level).
