Our Credit Policy team are a small collaborative cohesive and relationship driven team who lead the formulation and administration of the Banks credit risk policy and framework. The team ensures the Bank has a regulatory compliant policy framework with a credit risk profile within its risk appetite and to support achievement of its business objectives.
As a Credit Policy Manager youll make an impact by developing maintaining and supporting the Banks Credit Policy framework policies and standards including consumer and commercial lending.
Position description:Credit Policy Manager Position
This is a permanent full-time position. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model of minimum three days per week based out of our corporate offices.
What youll bring to the role
To succeed in this role wed love you to have:
- Strategic thinking including a flexible approach to problem solving and sound analytical skills
- Highly developed oral and written communication skills with the ability to adapt communication styles to suit varying audiences
- Collaborative approach to working with key stakeholders
- Ability to effectively balance competing time demands and prioritise work for the best overall individual and team outcomes
- Policy lending credit decisioning or credit risk management background
- Understanding of industry best practice credit or other policies and procedures
- Experience in project-based work
While not essential it would be great if you had:
- Tertiary qualifications relevant banking or financial
