Job Summary
BESIX Watpac is seeking a Project Manager to join our Queensland Construction team delivering an industrial project in the Rockhampton region.
This role will be responsible for:
- Successfully deliver the project in accordance with the companys procedures.
- Effectively manage and ensure the timely completion of the works pursuant to the project program including the administration financial management and reporting for the project.
- Project strategy with respect to design management delivery methodology and procurement.
- Lead the project team in accordance with the company values and culture.
- Be responsible for the management coordination and quality of the works to be performed.
Qualifications :
The incumbent in this role will require:
- Trade or tertiary qualifications in Construction or Building or related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in leading the delivery of building construction projects within time cost and quality parameters.
- Ability to communicate influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative sound reasoning listening and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to build and lead an effective results driven team.
