Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive with experience in selling solar panels or solar rooftop solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads meeting clients conducting site assessments and closing sales within the Maharashtra region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar panels across residential commercial and industrial segments.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and propose suitable solar panel solutions.
- Present product offerings financial benefits and payback models to clients.
- Prepare and share quotations proposals and technical details in coordination with the internal team.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated with solar panel technology market trends and competitor offerings.
- Travel across Maharashtra for meetings site visits and project discussions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in solar panel or solar rooftop sales.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand technical details of solar panels and explain them to customers.
- Self-motivated proactive and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
