In this role you will:
- Provide high-quality support to German-speaking clients and businesses using search-engine tools and services.
- Help customers understand how they appear online how to improve discoverability and resolve technical or process-related queries.
- Troubleshoot issues escalate complex cases and ensure fast accurate resolutions.
- Use internal systems to document calls track tickets and follow up until complete closure.
- Collaborate with product operations and account teams to drive customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Were looking for someone who:
- Is fully fluent in German (C1) and has strong English for internal communication.
- Has excellent communication skills able to explain digital and technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Is comfortable using computers Internet-based tools CRM systems and basic digital platforms.
- Has a customer-first mindset is calm under pressure and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Can work on-site and enjoy being part of a collaborative international team.
