Job Overview

We are looking for a German-speaking Digital Marketing Specialist to join a dynamic and fast-growing team in this role you will be responsible for managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns supporting clients and driving online performance across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Plan manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns (PPC display social media and search)
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
Support German-speaking clients with marketing strategies and campaign optimization
Conduct keyword research audience targeting and A/B testing
Monitor budgets performance metrics and KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools

Requirements

German language: C1 or C2 level (mandatory)
English language: B2 level or higher
Experience or strong interest in digital marketing / online advertising
Knowledge of PPC platforms (Google Ads Meta Ads or similar) is a plus
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
