German-Speaking Support Specialist (On-Site)

Introduction
We are seeking a German-speaking Support Specialist to join our clients team in a dynamic on-site location. If you speak German fluently enjoy problem-solving and delivering excellent customer experience this role offers a strong entry point into an international support environment.

What the job is about
In this position you will:

  • Handle inbound calls from German-speaking customers providing support for technical issues product repairs warranties parts and service follow-ups.
  • Diagnose and guide customers through solutions step-by-step escalating when needed.
  • Work with CRM or support-case systems to log interactions track progress and ensure quality of service.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. service operations technical specialists) to ensure smooth resolution of customer cases.
  • Maintain a customer-focused mindset delivering clear compassionate communication and ensuring a positive customer journey.

Requirements
Candidate should have:

  • Fluency in German at C1 level (spoken & written) and good English for internal exchange.
  • A problem-solver attitude; technical support background is a plus but not mandatory full training is provided.
  • Excellent communication skills patient approach and ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • Willingness to work on-site and become part of a collaborative team in a structured support environment.
