We are looking for a Field Support Technician to join the technical support team of one of our clients in Porto. This professional will be responsible for providing on-site technical assistance troubleshooting and equipment maintenance ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to users and equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install configure and maintain devices and peripherals.
- Ensure systems are updated and functioning according to company policies.
- Collaborate with remote teams to resolve complex incidents.
Profile:
- Solid knowledge of hardware operating systems and networks.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer-oriented approach.
Qualifications :
- Degree in Information Technology or related field.
- 12 years of experience in technical support roles.
- Certifications (Microsoft Cisco ITIL) are a plus.
Additional Information :
- Mon - Fri: 9;00 - 18:00.
- Available to occasionally come to the office in Lisbon.
