This casual position works collaboratively within the ticketing team to deliver a first-class experience for all visitors to the Civic Theatre. The role primarily supports ticketing operations and administration ensuring a customer-focused and professional service at every stage of the ticketing addition the position assists the Ticketing Services Coordinator in delivering effective solutions for stakeholders managing event builds and coordinating ticketing requirements for events held at Civic Theatre.
