We are searching for an experienced ScrumMaster to join a fast-paced and innovative environment withinthe automotive tech sector. This role is ideal for someone who thrives onstrengthening agile practices guiding teams through transformation andenabling collaboration across distributed environments.

Responsibilities

Establish and reinforce agile practices forteams with limited Scrum experience.

Facilitate and adapt agile ceremonies (planningstand-ups reviews retrospectives) to project-focused or domain-orientedstructures.

Coach and mentor team members and leaders onagile mindset collaboration and continuous improvement.

Support backlog management prioritization andscope alignmenteven in non-product setups.

Identify and remove impediments includingcross-team or organizational blockers.

Provide visibility on progress risks andperformance using agile metrics and dashboards.

Promote alignment transparency and trustacross distributed teams.

Foster a culture of reflection learning andcontinuous improvement.

Required Experience

5years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master.

Functional Skills (Mandatory)

Strong understanding of Scrum and Kanban and ability toapply both flexibly in hybrid or non-product environments.

Proven experience supporting distributed ormixed teams during agile adoption.

Ability to align priorities across business ITand technical teams.

Skilled in facilitation conflict resolutionand cross-team coordination.

Experience implementing agile performancestructures (velocity burndown WIP).

Ability to drive cultural change and increaseagile maturity across organizations.

Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps includingboard configuration dashboards reports and workflows.

Understanding of agile delivery metrics andtheir application in distributed teams.

Experience with agile scaling models or hybriddelivery frameworks is a plus.

SoftSkills

Excellent communication and facilitation skillsacross cultures and organizational levels.

Pragmatic hands-on approach to introducing andmaintaining agile ways of working.

Strong intercultural competence and ability tobuild trust among distributed teams.

Passionate about empowering team success throughcollaboration.

Language Requirements

Englishand Portuguese: fluency (mandatory).

Certifications

Agile/Scrumcertifications (CSM PSM PMI-ACP or equivalent).
